Returning to the singles/dating scene after - well a long time?
Having broken up with my last boyfriend as the distance was too much i want to move on but am having trouble where do i start i am no good at flirting and how do i know if he is interested. Do you think there should be an age limit to asking questions in the singles & dating catagory?
I see a lot of questions in this category asked by very young kids about crushes and what to do when a guy girl likes them. While they are innocent enough, they are often right next to a question with sexual subject matter. Do you agree that yahoo should make an age limit to this category and create another more appropriate category for younger users to ask their dating crush questions? It doesn't seem yahoo is doing a very good job of protecting children from mature content her at Answers.What do you think?I understand that yahoo answers already has a age limit of 13 years, but in most states the legal age for sexual behavior is 16 18years. People that expose children to sexual content at that age are often charged in some sort of crime. But there is no guide line here concerning that. I think the best arguement would be a fear of violating the 1st amendment, but I still think they should have their own category for the age group. They seem to put it here in singles and dating because there is no where else to ask their questions.

I caught my husband on a singles-dating website, does this mean he's a cheater?
A female co worker of mine approached me to show me a singles dating profile, telling me he looked just like my husband.. It was him...claiming he was single with 1 child and was looking for a mature attractive woman... He's not single and has 4 kids. I was so embarassed because this was a co worker with a big mouth i might add , and I felt so betrayed.... With the embarassment and the more than likely infidelity, should I leave him? I'm 21 yr old female. I've had female friends say that I'm quite beautiful and pretty. I don't consider myself as such, and think I'm just cute. I have pretty low self esteem and avoid making eye contact with guys anyway. I'm shy and socially anxious.However, if I'm walking around or need to raise my head to see where I'm going means I need to look at people men won't give me eye contact. Its almost as if I'm ugly or invisible or something. Because I've heard guys will look at a women if she's very pretty.
