I'd like to start dating women again, but I feel financially impotent?
I have no outstanding debts or credit cards, but I have an underlying fear of dating or starting a relationship with a woman since she would likely rely on me to be the breadwinner. Regardless of how you feel roles have changed in relationships, what would you do to build your confidence to date again and avoid women who are irresponsible spenders?
I need help, I don't know where I'm going wrong with dating women?
I've tried meeting women in bars, that doesn't work, I nearly asked a girl I'm friends in a club we are both in but someone got there before me, and on the 2 occasions when I was with a girl a few years ago at 18 and 20 the first time I appeared to enthusiastic and the second time I wasn't.I never seem to get it right, it gets frustrating particularly at 22 when most people I know are in relationships. Most of them were friends first but I don't know when to just ask the girl out before I end up in the friends zone. I am told to be myself which I have started to do more recently by doing stuff I like and I am much happier now, more sociable and have better friends rather than doing what everyone else is doing but I worry that I'll just keep making the same mistakes with women without realising it.
How do I start dating women?
So I just graduated college. I had one girlfriend and a few " late night buddies" , but I suppose that just comes with the territory of being in college. The thing is, I've never taken a girl " out" before I slept with her. I don't really plan on being promiscuous in the real world. I'm about to move to a big city, where I'll need to try and meet friends, explore the city, and hopefully be able to meet someone and connect the old fashioned way, on a date. How do I get a date? How did you meet your current boyfriend girlfriend?
Do most guys have to go through "practice girls" b4 dating women who they really want to date?
I'm in my late 20's, never dated b4. So, I don't have the skills to entertain women. Some of my more experienced friends told me to ask out women, who I'm not attracted to, in order to get some experience practice first. As I get more experienced and more comfortable with women, then I can go for what I really want. Comments?BTW, I have been asking out women, who I'm actually interested in. But, all of them turn me down because I don't know how to make them feel comfortable. < sigh>

I've had three proper girlfriends the first was sexually abused at 13, the second had mental health issues and the third who I'm currently with I learnt a month ago had been sexually assaulted in Uni and now Sex doesn't mean anything to her.I'm starting to worry that it's me that I'm attracted to vulnerable women or something. ive always have had girls that are physcially attracted to me i would have been able to date most of them, the only thing that stops me is because i have a secret from basically everyone, they may find me attractive from the outside but under myself i have really bad scars from acne on my body that ive previously had years ago, but i don t have that much actual acne, and the thing is i feel comfortable enough with my body that i wouldn t be afraid to take my shirt off if i didnt have scars, but even if a girl found me attractive on the outside once she saw my body shed prb go running, and that s why ive been single for so long, i thought about getting some sort of laser surgery, because its mostly scaring, i know insurance prb wouldn t cover it because its considered a method of plastic surgery in my cases, but my doctor said it might be bad enough that i could get some sort of operation that insurance would cover, and if i did have surgery without insurance covering it how much would laser surgery cost because its basically on my shoulders chest, and upper back, so it s a fairly large area
